Cannot believe I lost 1.4 lbs since Friday. I had two pieces of lemon cake this weekend for my birthday. Another piece of cake for my boyfriends birthday. Didn't count calories at all. I did still exercise though. So, needless to say I am stoked about the loss. I promised Don I would eat 12oo calories a day now, so starting that today! Hope by eating more, I will lose more. Hope everyone had a nice holiday weekend.
