My weight loss on this woe is slow but it is working
163.8 lb Lost so far: 136.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Elizabeth it is awesome!!! 2.2 pounds to go to my first goal! I'm still in a state of shock that it has been so easy! I had been working to restart my weight loss since March, and BAMMM!!! ((((hugs))))) I hope you are doing great 2!!!

I am doing great! This is a lifestyle change that is finally working for me. My official weigh in day is tomorrow but of course I "peek" and I am down 10 pounds since I started!!! To me that is awesome! I think 10 pounds in three weeks when you are hypothyroid is pretty great! Have a great weekend!!! and way to go on being so close to goal!
