Thank you. You made my day reading this. I’ve been there but did squeeze into my daughters shirt. Thankfully she’s only 2 sizes smaller at the moment and it drove me nuts so I changed back. It’s like wearing spandex that likes to roll up haha.
You can do this though! It’ll take hard work, determination and sheer willpower but you CAN do it! I immediately cut about 500-1000 kcal daily and dropped 9-10# the first month. My bad. Wrong choice as I burnt out quickly and my body adapted after about 12 weeks. As your bio said, cut out some junk. I find cutting liquid calories out and cutting my portions in half worked well. Do you take your lunch to work? You can make a sandwich with chips and raw veggies for about 400kcal. 2% cheese, 45 kcal healthy delite wheat bread, turkey lunch meat, no sauces and baked lays. Tuna makes a good high protein lunch too. Hubby likes hard boiled eggs and jerky and cheese sticks. Write out a plan you think you can stick to. Then add in one treat per day like an apple, a 90 kcal rice crispy or a protein bar. It’ll suck the first two weeks but it gets much easier at the month mark.
And good job on the cake! My family look at me like I’m nuts sometimes lol. I’ll beg them to eat things so I won’t. Good thing about having three kids at home! Best of luck to you!

I’ve been known to try and eat an entire 2 layer 9 inch extra icing cake 🎂 in one day. I’m not saying it wasn’t delicious but on the last slice I did have a stomach ache 😖. I don’t regret it lol
