Good Morning FS Buddies!

So, I've been doing horribly for the past couple months. With all the life changes and all that. But everything is okay now and I need to start getting on track again. STARTING TODAY! I'm going to get my gym membership back again and I'm going today! I fell myself starting to get soft and my goal is to be 176 by christmas. I'm going to re-read my health books and get back in touch with my fitness. I miss it but it's so easy not to do. But I want it! So here we go!!!

PS. I see everyone doing so well since I've been gone. You guys motivate me to keep it going. Thank you buddies :) Wish me luck!

Hi! I just joined this site but my struggle has been going on for a while now. At the beginning of the year I weighed 220 and lost 18lbs in about 3 months. Then life happened a little bit and I gained about 15 back!!! ugh! So I'm back on the wagon! Yay! Anyway, thanks for the motivation this morning!
