Even though I haven't been online in awhile because of my daughter being sick & then she gave it to me, I have still been keeping up with my diet & I have lost a couple more pounds. Slowly but surely I am losing the weight & I am so proud of myself & my husband for sticking with it. ^_^
218.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
