Been on a roller coaster of ups and downs starting to go to gym next week as home workouts are not helping me.... EASA... Zymba... BBL no luck on a plateau maybe a personal trainer can tell me whats wrong... Hate being 40 your body just goes nuts.
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
