Day 40 of 65

today I continue to be grateful for everything I have in my life:
family
my job
roof over my head
FS buddies

Knee.. is feeling much better today, last night at home it cracked and there was a slight pop feeling and the pain subsided. I am chocking it up to some "air" behind the knee cap. It's happened before.
My hands.. are swollen right now, but that is my own stupidity for having a salt attack last night.
Other then that there is really nothing new.. still slowly moving forward.

Get your water in to flush that salt out. Happy your knee is better! Pain just sucks.
