I'm starting to feel a difference in my clothes, and it is such a pick me up it is incredable! I can't wait to see my mother or my sister and they notice the weight that I am dropping! Sooo exciting! The real challenge will be this weekend coming when we celebrate my fiance and his brother-in-laws birthdays and I have to make a 20" chocolate cake!!! Yikes!

The best way to avoid eating the cake is to eat some fruit or something right before you make the cake. I don't know about you, but if I don't feel hungry, I don't want to eat sweets. Just remember my favorite quote..."Nothings tastes as good as thin feels!!" Just keep reciting that to yourself. Now that you feel a difference in your clothes, hopefully that will overcome your desire to eat anything that may not be the best for you...you're doing great!!!
