Well, it is slow going, but I am sure that despite my efforts, there are hidden calories in foods others prepare or that I eat in a restaurant. This month I only showed a 2 lb weight loss, but if I can lose over the entire holiday season when most people gain, I guess it is okay.
I am feeling thinner but know there is a lot more to go. Maybe slowing down is not a bad thing. I always worry that my face will sag.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I too noticed it’s hard to track food outside of my control but agree any forward motion is a positive thing ESPECIALLY. During the Holidays. Good for you!!

nothing wrong with a 2 pound loss through the holidays and slow and steady has been a winner for you.

I am at a standstill, haven't list anything for the past 3 months. Just gain and lose the same couple pounds. Gets frustrating.
