Me and the pup are just about to go for a nice walk :D
I don't know if I've made a goal yet for the end of June, I can't remember.
Anyways, it's 135. I know it's a big jump but summer is getting close, i need to pick up my heels. NEED TO DO MORE EXERCISE. exercise is key!!
walk now and curves later, also push ups and crunches.
