a little frustrated with myself, can't seem to stay on track except during the week but it gets blown on the weekend. The problem is that it feels like that shouldn't still hamper everything done during the week but apparently it does. My goal of losing 20 lbs may not be realized at this rate. Maybe my body is happy with where it is at, I am still maintaining the 40 lbs weight loss so that is good.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
