Drinking 2+ liters per day has really improved my health. My face has regained the glow it had lost a few months ago. I feel fresher than usual plus I feel lighter. Not to mention how glorious it feels to gulp cool water after an hour (or more) of exercise! I love it. And I wouldn't have tried it if it weren't for and its challenges. A big thank you to the challenges' admins who pushed all the participants to drink more and more water!
