Ok time to start again...

I had been weighing in Friday mornings, but think I'm gonna start weiging in on Monday mornings.

I have been doing really bad on the weekend and trying to make up for it during the week. Obviously that hasn't been working out very well.
199.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 69.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet The South Beach Diet   gaining 1.2 lb a week


keep on truckin.i had a couple months off track.back on board now.just start know what to do.
