Have been very ill with stomach cramps probably colic so havent been able to eat acidy foods like salads and fruits however feeling much better today and have been carefu what ive eat and done one hour pilates already.
151.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
