I have been totally out of control for over a month. I eat when I'm stressed or depressed, hopefully with God's help things will get back to what is normal for me.
My car broke down, washing machine broke down, had to have septic pumped twice and put in a near leach line, and still have to have some more done on my car. Our son, daughter-in-law and grandkids broke down on there way here for Thanksgiving. Here my daughter and I prepared a 23 lb. turkey, 2 ham roasts with all the trimming, 6 pies, a pumpkin roll, 3 layer desert and more. Gave some pies away and will freeze the meat. I just need to get out of this frump I'm in.
250.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
