Pretty much maintaining at this stall. Enjoying my family, friends and life. Maybe too much structure in my life as a retiree. But I have alot of energy...so ...I am very contented if a little confused. Thinking globally and gratefully acting locally.😜
151.2 lb Lost so far: 93.8 lb.    Still to go: 6.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Oh, Judyrose!! You are looking fab in the cellar. What's that on the steps? Just curious. Who said retirement is easy?? It is really hard to give up those routines from working for many years. I think I'm finally getting it down, but it's been a few years...

I think those are pork rinds on the steps.

We used to get those same pork rinds at the local Sam's club until the closed up shop and left our state. Now we muddle through making due with Baken-ets
