I'M SO HAPPY! Overall I lost 3.5lbs this week! I've been working VERY hard and I am thrilled. I am keeping up with the measureing and counting my points!!

I am hoping to lose another 2.5lbs this week!
127.5 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
