I feel SOOO Great today. It may have been the killer workout yesterday (4 miles)!!! I feel like I'm starting to look different! That's such a big deal to me.
I know I shouldn't measure myself so much, but I can't help it. I'm too excited for a change. I think I've lost 1/2 in. on my obliques-which is the main place I want to fix! yay!
