I am up this week. For the first time on FS I am up. I have gained 2 lbs this week. That makes me 0 lbs lost for March. I lost 11 lbs in Jan, 9 lbs in Feb and lost and gained 2 for March. I have lots of reasons why but it comes down to I need to re-evaluate and get focused. I now have to lose double time for April to get back on track. My weight this week: 197.6

Well at least you know why you had a gain so you know what not to do. And you are committed to refocusing so you are sure to erase those 2 lbs in no time. You've lost close to 20 lbs now so you have a lot to be proud of! You can do this!

Your graph looks a lot like mine. I'm in the same boat, so let's work together. I could use some of your determination and drive. Keep your chin up! Oh, and March isn't over until Monday. Maybe there will be a change. Good Luck!

Just don't let it get you down. Re-evaluating is a good idea. You have come a long way already and you know what works, so I am sure you will take charge of it and get it taken care of. I've had to re-evaluate myself this week. maybe its spring fever?!!! Ok, lets promise each other (and debzc too) that we will take charge this week and have a good sensible weight loss next Saturday for sure!

A gain is disappointing...I have some experience with that! Get back into the routine things that work for you and keep pushing yourself in your exercise plan. Routine rocks my world!
