at least I'm back in the gym. ran 4 miles Saturday before work, lifted well yesterday. maybe a realistic goal is to be back to my old routine and back to my old body by January. didn't fall apart over night, so probably can't be exactly what I was before the neck problems overnight either. one day at a time....
