Awesome dinner tonight although it did take me over on sodium just a tad but I do love turkey cheddar bratwursts! That's ok; everything in moderation. I also tackled the Beast and cranked up the reistance for good measure followed by a quick 3 minutes of weights. I rock today!

Nice job!! Turkey cheddar bratwursts sound like something I'd like to try (I don't eat pork)! That's right, everything in moderation! ; )

You rock every day jenju!! :) I meant to ask you...what's "The Beast?"

heehee, her "Beast" is her stationary bike. Oh an here's an idea Jen, just for some variety/something different to try on the Beast. Set the resistance up ridiculously high, then pedal for a few minutes standing up on the pedals, great for the quads/gluts!

Yep, it's a "spin off" of the spinning world. (horrible pun, sorry, couldn't help myself). Yes, I am a physical therapist, who was a one point also a certified spinning instructor. And allowed myself to get horribly out of shape and gain weight that was not necessary. Shameful isn't it? :)
