Joined a challenge to lose 10 pounds from Nov 1 to Nov 29. I figured that was impossible for me. Last week I had lost a few ounces. This week I gained them back. I know that me not going to Curves, or any other extra exercises, was part of why I did not lose and what extras I ate was the rest of why I did not lose. I'll try again this week to stay on my meal plan and not eat anything extra and to go to Curves and do some exercises at home also. I am hoping I can lose 5 pounds during this challenge. I will be happy with that.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
