I am a sophomore musical theater major, so it is important for me to always stay in shape and healthy. I have always struggled with this, because I am Italian, and as you know, we eat...a lot. I never have eaten unhealthy, I just eat large quantities of the "good stuff". I have always been physically active with dance, but I want to be on a regular excersise schedule throughout the next couple years while I finish out school so it can become habitual.
