I didn't log in to much yesterday for I went with my roommate to his uncle's b-day party I didn't eat much but not sure of all the ingredients that were in the pasta dish. and as for exercise everyone just sat around watching football. Today is cold and damp and I have A inner chill I can't shake. I don't have much to do today but take it easy which is good for my back is in A lot of pain.
