Well I’m back to not being happy with my weight again and very uncomfortable in my clothes . I have got a bad habit of eating junk again and I need to get this out of my system , especially in the evening as I tend to snack lots at night :( I got into a bad habit of eating chocolate while I was in Scotland over the summer and bringing lots home didn’t help matters , now I feel I’m addicted to sweets. Today I am staying on track and I’m going to try and get through 1 day and then keep going from there , I exercise everyday but it’s the food I’m putting in my mouth that’s the problem and I know that. I am going to try out another fitness class and yoga class in town and hopefully that will also help to lose this weight that is driving me crazy
