Well this week surely was not the best. A gain of 8 pounds put a damper on the grand thoughts of success! I just need to get back to the very basics... water, 128 ounces a day... one sf in the am with some fruit... a fruit snack... an sf for lunch with fruit...a fruit snack and them an sf with fruit for dinner and a fruit snack before bed... sounds easy. I can do this... AGAIN!
