I hate recording my weight going up instead of down. It is sooo discouraging. I need to keep reminding myself that I can do this and it is just a bump in the road. It doesn't mean that I can't loose the weight.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Our weight will fluctuate around 3 pounds, that why I love the non-scale victories more. I measure and I can tell such a difference in the way I move and of course my clothes. Even though the scale may be up, and I know that I have made good choices, I don't let it bother me anymore. Keep up the great work and you will lose the weight!!!
