Need to maintain this momentum. It’s hard but I need to be persistent. Going to a friends for dinner tonight and hope I am going to be Able to make healthy choices.
171.7 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
