Struggling to add back carbs in OWL. Struggling to even keep up with eating snacks. This is totally making me mad. I am not trying to intentionally cheat myself, but why can't I EAT? My system seems to be accustomed to Bkfst, Lunch and Dinner - and by the time I even think "oh - I need to get my snack in there..." it's already a half hour to my next meal time. If I eat the snack right before my meal...I won't eat my meal. If I bump up my calories, or add extra veggies, or salad w/ the OWL - this makes this whole scenerio even worse. I feel like I don't even know what i am doing - but I get on the scale and it's still going down...which confuses me, 'cause I don't think I am doing most things right...(well, I am doing the 20 Total carbs right) but I am not even reaching the 25 Total for OWL, I am not eating my snacks, I am not eating w/in an hour of waking...I do drink a ton of water, and my stix are still mid range purple (40%). My body is still in induction, my mind wants to move to OWL, but my eating habits are still in induction...aaaggghhh! (what a problem to have :)

I am going to try and enter an entire day w/ snacks, tweek the amounts until I get it just right, 23 T Carbs (2 cups salad, assorted veggies, protein, fats, and adding 1/4 cup sliced strawberries). Will print out this plan - put it infront of me in the kitchen...and try to eat this plan all day. Hopefully, this will work. (Usually I eat first, then enter my stuff as the day goes along to keep track.) Maybe I will need to do this for awhile...as i am tracking OWL. I can weigh each day, and track any changes on the printed menus, and make notes to myself...etc.

Head's Up BC'ers...send buddy requests to those on the roster...but if you QUIT, I will delete you...LOL! No, seriously...:) I know some are away...so I won't take it personally if I don't hear from some, and if you don't do "buddies" no worries...just easier to see journals, forum posts, etc... Starting to figure this site out finally...Love.
