Im eating in the middle of the night,that MUST stop. Im not as active, I feel tired, MUST STOP.. Now im pissed off, because I gained, I must be more motivated to lose a little more weight… im on the Yo-Yo ride with my weight… I started only eating 1,000 cal a day and not eating after 5pm is a stop plus for me.. i have isses drinking water!!! need to start drinking more water... it'll fill me up.... started back excising... gotta work back up

Hello! thanks for adding me as a buddy :) Okay I noticed in your journal that you keep saying "must stop", perhaps that phrase is bringing on a rebellion within yourself. I agree no it's not a great idea to be eating in the middle of the night, feeling tired can be because of many reasons, not eating after 5 although doable is hard. Maybe you could expand your time frame to say 7 and then liquids only. As for the water thing... that takes alot of practice. I started out with those crystal light things, and gradually made the drinks weaker and weaker, now however I still can not stand plain water so I add a lemon slice to it. you can do this.. you know you have it in you... turn your negative energy into something positive. take care...

Just a passer by here...but I like to see people succeed! If what you are tracking here is truly reflective of your calorie intake, then believe it or not, you could be eating more...way more, but differently. If you are not getting enough calories, then your body is going store everything it can...because over time it knows that there ain't no food coming so we better hold on to it. When you're not getting enough calories, you are going to feel tired for sure. Food is fuel...when we eat the right kinds of foods. I say take it slow but keep focused on your goal :) Hang in there..

I lost 120 lbs in the past 11 months, but now I cant seem to lose anymore weight... I dont get it... its been 3 months nothing but yo yo-ing with 10 lbs... I was losing 10 lbs a month... In them 11 months I didnt eat after 5pm and excerised everyday... hardest 11 months ever but Im tired.. i guess my mind and body is taking a break... I havent excerised in 3 months can't seem to get out of this negative mind frame... I hate my scale maybe i should stay out off of it for awhile... I just joined the YMCA...have to get back to excerising it works!!!

take up activities your body is not used to but you find enjoyment in. I personally loved deep water aquafit. You'll get snarly moving one oz at a time... hang in there..
