Might be the highest in a while. Have really cut back on carbs... but missed workouts this week because of flights. Really disappointed after weighing in at 124.2 last Saturday
126.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
