Oh Well no loss for me just a gain... I am not sure why but think it might have to do with my aching muscles retaining water.

Now to try not pick up over the weekend is going to be the next challenge...

Have a wonderful weekend everyone...
156.1 lb Lost so far: 60.7 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Do you gain weight after you have worked out because of water retention?

I don't normally but this week with my weight going up and down I think I am retaining water due to my muscles being sore... I could be wrong will see how it goes next week.
