Tried a different breakfast item today - Lemon Ricotta Pancake Quaker oatmeal packet. Added coconut milk to it versus water. Surprisingly good.
Already got my devotional in today. Psalm 20:1-9 Most profound thing I was reminded of today: Trusting in God is never passive.
Today's goal is to eat when hungry (when there is a stomach growl).
