Low Carb diet is going well so far, appetite has decreased, a lot more thirsty lol, but overall not really suffering :)

Being over weight, I do suffer from Acid Reflux. I had it the other night and I take Gaviscon Tablets for it. Those tablets has sugar in them... so trying to stay sugar free is kind of hard. Just wondering what other people use so that it does not mess with ketosis.

Try ginger; we get it in tablets at a health food store. Hubby uses Tums, too, but I'm not sure if there's sugar in them. A friend suffered from reflux pretty badly and her doc told her to drink a glass of water an hour. It totally solved her problem and she was off meds -- at 90!
