Unofficial weight this morning 72.5kg. For some reason I always pick up huge amounts over weekends. I think it could be cause I eat more carbs on weekends and don't drink enough water. This weekend I am going to try and limit my carbs to see if that is the problem.
Oh well lets start again and hope for drop this week...

It's my exact same problem, but I always try to incorporate intermittent fasting, with lunch being high fat & protein, no carbs.
