Im disappointed in myself, I gained weight; I haven’t been exercising. I jointed the YMCA and Im just waiting on my card… I may have just gained muscle weight or fluid weight because my ankles are swollen, I have been out my fluid pills for a while and I JUST started taking them again, helps keep water weight off. My next weigh in is next week, let’s hope im healthier and dropped some weight.. all I could do is keep moving and take one day at a time. And don’t get depressed over this that could start triggers of over eating.. focus on small meals thru out the day.. I am nerves that i could gain my weight back, that i lost ( 120lbs ) its starts slow and before you know it; you gained it all back and then it!!!!!! get back on track!!!!
