I am actually on the smart for life diet now. I have lost 20 lbs, but I seem to have platued.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week

How many weeks have you been at the same weight? If it's only one or two, it can be your bodies way of readjusting to weight loss. If it's been a while, then you might want to change up some of the things you are doing. You can change the foods you eat, if you don't exercise then start, if you do, up your intensity. You can eat smaller more frequent meals (instead of 3 big ones). Lot's of things you can try to get the scale moving again. Good luck!

Do some alternate low calorie days with an occasional feast thrown in. That should take care of the plateau. Keep going!
