Three months of dedicated weight lifting (45 minutes a day 3 times a week), has my 50 year old body looking better than it has EVER looked in my life :)

Thanks everyone! Wow such great comments, I'm on cloud 9! I just wanted to post the picture to explain why I was going to be less concerned with 'aggressive weight loss'. I do see the 10-15 lbs that can still 'go', but, I am willing to 'relax' a bit :)

With weight lifting, the body tends to reconfigure fat storage locations and redistribute better. I can't even see my fat anymore barely even though I'm at nearly 18% already. Just stick to your lifts and consistency and let your body do its thing 👍
