1200 Calories's Journal, 16 October 2018

Still going in the right direction. Really finding it hard to stick to 20 g carbs. Today was up to 30 and only carbs I had was from brussel sprouts, red cabbage and avocado.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Buttt.... Those are healthy low GI carbs with fiber. You'll be fine, you still lost.
