Wow, has anybody ever played racquetball before? I played for the first time yesterday, and it was great! I was soaked in sweat, and I'm sore as ever today. I am definitely incorporating this into my weekly work out schedule.

I've done fairly well the last few days. I get to officially weigh myself again this Friday, and I'm hoping to see a good number. Please oh please be a good number! I'm anxious to be in ONEderland.

I have a few new recipes in the mix, can't wait to give those a try. I hope everybody had a great Labor Day weekend :)

Decades ago. I had a few extra credit hours to fill here and there during my original undergrad, so racquetball, weight training, archery, and 'social dance' all showed up in various semesters. Racquetball was lots of fun, but I quit playing after getting whacked in the nose with my opponent's racquet one time. Nothing was broken, but it hurt like heck, and I would up having to have x-rays, iirc. What is 'ONEderland'? I've seen several folks use that term now I think.

Hey there! Yeah, I got hit with the ball in the face and quit after 45 minutes, those things can fly and hurt :) ONEderland is just a reference to getting out of the 200 pound zone and into the 100's. It'll be a great day for me, I haven't been under the 200 pound tier since I was 14. Gotta get excited :)
