had a good day food wise, and drank a decent amount of water. no exercise though except for like 20 push ups and some crunches. being that tom, i am so lacking the motivation to get'r'done. hopefully tomorrow i will feel a little better. feeling bloated too, and scale says i gained a pound so boo. can't wait for tom tom to go away!!!
