Can't control my eating. So I'm not going to try. Really, hitting my head against the same wall is stupid. At least try another wall :) If I start eating I will binge and I will take a 'hit' on the scale. Fine, I accept it. I will just balance it out with fasting. There, done.

On Friday I decided to do OMAD (One Meal A Day) because I was going to a wedding that evening. I made the bad choice of having a Starbucks coffee (because we travelled to the location and I could not have my normal Green Tea or protein drinks). This set off hunger from the milk and I made a second mistake to have peanuts, then there was the eating at the wedding. Sooo 228+ carbs for the day...

Anyway, what has been working lately is to follow up a 'carb binge' with a fasting day and a LOT of exercise and weight lifting. So I planned an unscheduled weight lifting day AND a 5 mile run and no solid food.

Then I get a call and have to take a family member to the hospital so I stress eat half a family sized bag of potato chips. I spent 6 hours in the waiting room that had no vending machine so I didn't eat anything else during that time. I did manage to get to the gym an hour before they closed (I was that desperate to get the weight lifting in). But, I didn't get the run in...

Tomorrow we have a dinner party. I will try the OMAD again, but, I still have family in the hospital so things could get 'dicey'. I do plan to hit the gym again tomorrow and finally get that run in...
171.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
