DID GREAT yesterday at cookout!!!! Even lost a few ounces!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could fix that big dip I see on my My weight history. I had put a friends stats in to get her kcals and it caused that big dip. Maybe I could ask FS to fix it? Dont know but I wanted to remind myself and others why it looks like it does!

I am doing sooooo good on this NEW WOE!!!!!
166.5 lb Lost so far: 133.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
