I shot past my original goal of 245 to 220 and surprised my friend who got married in September, now I've had some time to be off my diet, and did gain some, but now i need to figure out what i want to do, I don't plan on going back on my 600 cal per day since I've made it to a better weight.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
