Really concerned that I am stuck for about a week now. Not eating enough to stay regular. Hoping the salad at lunch will be helpful.
Although the clothes falling off - that is a plus! Worried about this weekend though with my sisters here. Although we should be busy. I get in a few steps and going to the cafeteria with my officemate, I have been taking the stairs. 6 flights up and down.
Plateaus Stink!!!
162.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

you should not starve yourself dieting takes a while to get to our goal and if you work it too fast you can do more harm then good. Make sure you are drinking and lot of water and getting enough protein in balance with what kind of diet you are doing
