1200 Calories's Journal, 08 October 2018

Waited until today to put my weigh in just to make sure there were no fluctuations for the bad weekend eating. It seems weekend is harder for me to stay on track and I couldn't stay away from the apple pie my dear hubby made and the halloween hershey kisses my dd bought.

I was .4 less on Saturday but thankful the slips didn't bring me back up. So woo hoo still going in the right direction. Still confirmation that low carb is the way to go for me.
156.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
