Oh my gosh, I can't stop eating! For the past couple of days, I find myself circling the kitchen like a panther, prowling for something to nibble on. I keep basic low2no carb snacks around the house and I've stayed within my macros. I've even lost a bit this week, but this constant need to snack is going to be the death of me!
I told myself last night that I was going to fast today. In the first 2 hours, I've consumed 500 calories already (bullet proof coffee and peanut butter on a low-carb wrap). So much for fasting all day...
Oh well, here's to Monday (raises water cup).
