OK so I'm starting over for the millionth time...putting my journal out there for all to see, hoping it helps motivate me to stay on track. My motivation has been lagging for several months...but today is a new day, right? Wish me luck.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
