My first journal entry but my weight loss started about a month ago. I'm finding myself extremely anxious to break the 200lb mark. A lot of people are starting to notice my weight loss and I've definitely noticed my stomach shrinking. My next problem areas are my thighs (thunder thighs) and back fat. On a side note ... I'm pretty sure my breast are shrinking as well! I don't know if this is a good thing or not but I guess I could spare to lose some considering I have DDD`s. I guess I'll see what this week brings as I start phase two.

You can do it! I remember breaking 200 and I was SOOO happy! Of course now I'm now 230 again :-s BUT I'm back on the band wagon and am determined to make it to my goal of 165....and maintain for life :) PLEEEEEEASE do this while you're in your 20's! (I saw you belong to the 20's group) I'm now 32 and it seriously gets harder and harder.

@byfaith165 I've actually heard it is a bit harder to lose the older you get. I feel like I've let my life fly by after high school. When I was in high school I still had huge breasts but I was a size 8. I gained weight because of some medicine I was on :(.
