So, I started back on recording my meals - weighing and recording everything I eat.

I did not do too bad since I was last here but it is not the end of the road.
I was away for a few days, New Orleans, and with the food down there came a whole lot of issues.
I know it is possible to stay on track while traveling but I did not want to. Paid for it on the way back. The wrong food - too much sugar, not much sleep, and then two times a two hour flights... my legs looked like balloons.

I had planned to go back to recording my meals starting October 1st and so I did.

A little headache came on after 3 days (found some chicken soup in the freezer *lol*) but it was not bad. Now I am at a point that I struggle again - not to fall off but I am not hungry. Also, or maybe because it is weekend, I don't get enough fat. To have too many carbs does not worry me but being too high in proteins. I looked in the fridge again and again and did not feel like eating anything. Meat means proteins (as well).

During the week it is usually not a problem to stay 70/20/10. I plan my meals ahead and cook on weekends. I'm almost finished with my cooking spree for today. Chicken thighs, country style ribs and a cake (that one is for my granddaughter's birthday - yes, lchf). Comes in handy since one of the kids is gluten intolerant and obviously lchf does not have any. I paid attention to all the ingredients to ensure it.
I also baked some bread, let me see how this works out with the meal planning. So far I had not incorporated it.
Some cauliflower and asparagus are still waiting to be prepared. No time to do it tomorrow because of said birthday party :-)
